These terms shall apply to each individual transaction the Seller conducts through the Buyer’s system.
This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or endorsement relationship with Valve Corporation or Steam.

A sale is deemed concluded once the Buyer has paid the agreed purchase price and the Seller has accepted the sale in the Buyer’s system.
The Seller undertakes to transfer the skin(s) to the Buyer without delay following The Buyer shall pay the purchase price in advance to the Seller’s designated bank account or in another mutually agreed manner.
If payment is made in cryptocurrency, the purchase price shall be determined at the time of payment in euros, based on reliable market data selected by the Buyer (e.g., CoinMarketCap / Binance). Exchange rate fluctuations after the time of payment shall have no effect on the agreed purchase price.
The Seller’s PayPal account or cryptocurrency wallet must be notified in advance during the identification process, and such account or wallet shall remain fixed. No payment shall be made to any account or wallet other than the one so notified.
If, under the terms of this Agreement, the Seller is obliged to refund the purchase price or any other payment to the Buyer, such refund shall always be made in euros. The refund shall be made exclusively to the Finnish bank account designated by the Buyer.
